Для кого это?: Anyone who likes the idea of an employee working overnight and does not like the idea of one emailing their customers at 3am.
Как это работает
- Four things always stop. Sending email, posting in public, starting an ad and charging a customer. The employee calls the tool, the intent is recorded, and it is told plainly that nothing was sent and not to retry.
- Holding costs nothing, on purpose. A held action is receipted at zero cost and the ledger says so out loud. Making the safe thing free is how you get an employee that asks rather than one that guesses.
- The draft is kept, not just its digest. The actual email — recipient, subject and body — is stored alongside the decision, so releasing it sends the thing you read rather than something regenerated later.
- You decide, and the decision is recorded. Approve and it goes out through your company's own inbox address. Reject, with a reason if you like, and that is recorded too — "you decided not to" is evidence a founder auditing later deserves to see.
- Releasing writes a new row. The original held receipt is never edited. The ledger reads held, then sent, with both timestamps and nothing rewritten in between.
- It refuses loudly rather than pretending. Posting and ads need an account you have connected. Until you have, releasing one returns a plain refusal and keeps the draft. A product that claims to have sent something it did not send is worse than one that admits it cannot.

What exactly waits for me?
Email to a real person, a public post, starting or editing an ad campaign, and charging one of your customers. Everything reversible — research, writing, publishing, notes — happens without asking.
Does a held action stop the whole shift?
No. The employee records the intent, is told it was not sent, and carries on with the night. It is instructed not to retry a held action and to mention it in the report.
What if I never get round to deciding?
Held actions expire. A follow-up email approved a fortnight after it was written is not a follow-up email, so an expired draft has to be redrafted against what is true now.
Who is allowed to approve?
Only the owner of the company, checked both where you click and again inside the code that carries the action out. Approving twice cannot send twice.
Where does an approved email come from?
Your company's own inbox address, on a domain kept deliberately separate from our brand, with replies pointed back at the same address so the conversation lands on your dashboard.
